PhonePro Automation Cancellation Policy!

At PhonePro Automation, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or service. We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free cancellation process.

No Refunds At All On Any Purchases Of Product Or Service.

Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Period: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription or service at any time. However, to ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request that you submit your cancellation request at least two days (48 hours) before your next scheduled payment date. If not complied with you will not receive any refund for the new months service and most continue or have credits for when you come back. You do not get to keep any of the paid ads created by PhonePro Automation if you stop the serivce.

No Refunds for Missed Cancellation Deadline: Please note that if you fail to notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled payment date, we will proceed with the billing as scheduled. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for the billed amount.Cancellation Request Process: To request a cancellation, please email billing@phoneproautomation.com. Ensure that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation request for your records. Immediate Cancellation Option: In some cases, you may require immediate cancellation of your subscription or service. Please contact our customer support team at billing@phoneproautomation.com if you have such urgent needs, and we will do our best to assist you.

Final Billing: Upon successful cancellation, your subscription or service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed for any subsequent cycles after the effective cancellation date. All ads created by Phone Pro Automation will be removed from the ad account after your current billing cycle has ended.
